Chapter 913 Wu Yi's Change

Wu Yi returned to the Cangmang Realm. The past few days were still lively. He found time to go to the Shangzhen Cave Heavens to meet and build relationships.

As a popular person in the sect, Wu Yi also has connections with immortals. His future is limitless. In order to build a good relationship with Wu Yi, those noble families proposed that the lower-level disciples marry each other after the banquet.

Wu Yi did not object to this. He just said that if they were in love, it would be fine. The disciples’ affairs were decided by themselves.

Wu Yi did not expect that doing so would bring him much benefit. Many forces in the Cangmang Realm were not in his eyes now. For him personally, doing so would not bring him much benefit.

Wu Yi had Yue Liuli as his Taoist partner, but he had no blood descendants. Instead, he accepted several disciples and expanded his family. Therefore, if he had to be classified, he should belong to the master-disciple lineage.

Yanxuan Tianchi did not have a deep foundation. It was not as deep as those noble families that had been around for thousands of years. After the marriage, the branches were connected. If I go to the upper realm in the future, I can have a legacy to rely on, so I won't be humiliated. As a master, I have to consider the people below me.

When Wu Yi was weak in the past, he was quite dissatisfied with the fact that the masters and apprentices of the aristocratic families were of the same blood and controlled the affairs of the sect. He thought that it was hindering the advancement of the lower-level disciples, and he was willing to be a pawn of the former head Xuan Xingsi to break the deadlock.

But after he became a senior leader, for various reasons, he spontaneously defended this system, which was ironic. The dragon-slaying boy turned into an evil dragon, and the scales slowly grew out. He wanted to occupy the evil dragon treasure he had seized, but he might not even realize it.

After these chores were dealt with, Wu Yi officially began to practice in seclusion. The difference was that Wu Yi pushed Yue Liuli's chores together and asked Yue Liuli to practice with all her heart in order to be promoted to the upper god. He delegated power to Shan Hui and Yuan Xi, and let them temporarily manage the affairs of Yanxuan Tianchi.

Let's see how they handle it. If it's okay, then I can go to the upper realm with peace of mind and venture into a new world. If not, then put aside my own face and mingle with the other upper trues to maintain my power. Yanxuan Tianchi can't be a stone that shackles Wu Yi's progress.

Wu Yi wants to break through the third level of the cave heaven and transform his natal embryo in one fell swoop. It's unrealistic to break through the Taichu directly.

In the experience of the outer world, there are endless dangers. Wu Yi is more obsessed with the cultivation of the magic power of subduing demons, and ignores it. It can't be said that he ignores it. It's just that in comparison, he doesn't focus on the improvement of his cultivation. There are many more methods, but his cultivation is still standing still.

Without external affairs and internal affairs, Wu Yi can devote himself wholeheartedly.

The natal embryo is a thing that gathers essence, energy and spirit. It sounds similar to the golden elixir and primordial infant, but the golden elixir and primordial infant is just the intersection of essence, energy and spirit, which can communicate with the world and use the magic power.

The natal embryo is nothing more than a new life, born from the old body, gathering the old body's spirit, removing all acquired habits, and returning to the innate body. Once formed, it will not be disturbed by race and will be in harmony with heaven and earth.

Going further, the natal embryo is completely separated from the old body. In ordinary people's words, it is to shed the mortal shell, become an immortal, and reach the origin of the way, reaching the ethereal realm.

Only in this state can one comprehend the true origin of the way. Wu Yi now has mastered a lot of Taichu magical powers, and he is not completely ignorant of the origin of the way. However, knowing the result but not the reason is like looking at the mountain through the fog and looking at the beauty through the veil.

To put it more bluntly, that is, Wu Yi knows that one plus one equals two, but he doesn't know why this answer is born. He can get the result (use the Taichu magical power) by following the steps.

This is the fundamental difference between immortals and mortals. It is not the means of magical powers to subdue demons, but the fundamental difference in the cognition and view of this world.

Wu Yi had fought with Taichu Immortal or Taichu-level beings several times, and was lucky enough to win, but he never looked down on the existence of immortals, precisely because of this reason.

In ancient times, the demon clan or the witch clan had no so-called realm division. If you are better than me, you are a great demon or a great witch, and if you are not as good as me, you are a small demon or a small witch. There is no unified standard for measuring great witches and small witches, and everything is solved by fists.

Only some extremely special beings, such as the Twelve Ancestral Witches, the Two Saints of the Demon Clan, and the Demon Master, have their own names.

In the Middle Ages, with the prosperity of Taoism, there was also a separation of the three paths of immortals, gods, and humans. There was also a relatively unified statement about the division of strength in the immortal way, but it was still inherited from the method of dividing the realm by strength in ancient times.

Foundation building, golden elixir, and primordial infant, the levels are clear, and it is natural for those with higher cultivation to defeat those with lower cultivation, because the way of heaven works like this, and those with lower cultivation who win against the enemy are crowned with names such as demon genius.

In modern times, Buddhism and Taoism have been competing against each other, and they have begun to divide the realms according to the level of understanding the world, instead of the previous way of dividing by strength.

In Buddhism, there is a saying that if you put down your butcher knife, you will become a Buddha on the spot, there is a saying that you will achieve great enlightenment, and there is a saying that I am the Buddha. This is hard to imagine in Taoism. What Taoism advocates is that dripping water wears away a stone, and that persistent hard work will eventually lead to becoming an immortal, and there is no room for slackness in the middle.

Many people compare the three fruit positions of Arhat, Bodhisattva, and Buddha in Buddhism with the three fruit positions of Taichu, Taiyi, and Daluo in Taoism. If it is Hinayana Buddhism, this comparison is generally correct.

Because after many years of evolution, Hinayana Buddhism has almost no difference in views and understandings from Taoism, except for slightly different ways of practice.

If it is the Mahayana Buddhism, the Buddha they respect so much may have been a murderer who committed many evil deeds the day before, but once he suddenly realized and became a Buddha, he achieved the ultimate understanding of the world, and that is the Buddha.

The Taoist immortals, as long as they do not commit suicide, have a life span of one kalpa, which is 120,000 years. However, the Buddha of Buddhism may only have a life span of several decades like an ordinary person. After death, he will reincarnate and explore the mysteries of the universe and the human world between life and death, between the ups and downs of life and death.

Naturally, the reincarnation of the Buddha of Buddhism often recalls his previous life one day, and countless reincarnations will become the most perfect foundation for their progress.

These Buddhas have been exploring the mysteries of the universe and the human world, and may not have learned any magical powers. There are many such existences. Although they have extraordinary status, their strength is not worth mentioning.

Under the system advocated by Buddhism, the original world system seems to have been forcibly crushed by a bulldozer, and many people are in a mess. Because of this system, everyone has the opportunity to become a Buddha. The key lies in one's mind and understanding, and has little to do with one's birth and resources. All beings are equal.

The Taoist system is crumbling.
