Chapter 675: The Difference Between Mahayana and Hinayana, the Realm of the Human Emperor

Since we are talking about the monks, let's talk about the Mahayana and Hinayana.

The biggest difference between the two, in a nutshell, is that the former emphasizes saving all living beings, from beginning to end, while the latter emphasizes saving oneself before saving all living beings.

It seems to be just a matter of order, but the latter is actually no different from the immortal way, with a selfish heart.

Save yourself, then save yourself, to what extent, is it the Arhat fruit position, the Bodhisattva fruit position, or the Buddha fruit position, this is a question that can never be explained clearly.

The choice of Hinayana Buddhism has actually cut itself off from the way of the human emperor and the way of the gods. The monks who were extremely upward at the time of their rise are no longer as pure as they were at the beginning.

The small plan of the Taoist sect has already made the Buddhist sect unable to take care of itself and the internal strife continues. After all, the Buddha is also a human being, and as a human being, he has selfishness.

In Buddhism, the real great Buddha is basically in Mahayana Buddhism, but Mahayana Buddhism is also the most filthy. The reason is simple. Hypocrites are more hateful than real villains. At least the latter are known for being frank and straightforward.

Taoism always wants to give Buddhism the name of immortality, humanity, or godhood. In fact, since the rise of Buddhism, it has been a trinity.

Under the impact of Buddhism, Taoism has gradually become a trinity. The influence will be written later.

(Author's note: In real history, according to the records in the Taoist Canon and Buddhist scriptures, the story is certainly not as I said. Sanren wrote a novel, integrating the novel system of Honghuang novels, and deduced and perfected the operation of several major disasters based on the materialist view of history and the theory of contradiction, hoping to bring readers a clearer and more definite logic.

Of course, the author is not completely out of touch with history. In ancient Indian history, the main differences between Mahayana Buddhism and Hinayana Buddhism are indeed the same as I said above.

Moreover, those who believe in Hinayana Buddhism are mainly aristocratic landlords, while those who believe in Mahayana Buddhism are mainly The majority of the people were poor peasants, and the class differences were obvious.

The dispute between Mahayana and Hinayana directly led to the great split of Buddhism after the death of Sakyamuni. I forgot whether it was the second or third time. When I took the exam, the teacher said that this would not be tested, so I did not spend much energy on it.

Earlier, Sanren has explained the reasons for the emergence of the Way of the Human Emperor and the progress of the dispute over interpretation.

Tell me with your conscience, is this explanation better than those such as Nuwa did not allow the demons to establish a dynasty, but only allowed the human race to establish a dynasty; Zhunti and Jieyin coveted the treasures of the East, so they encouraged Buddhism to go east.

However, it is not their fault, because there are many such subjective explanations in Journey to the West. After all, they are predecessors, and we cannot ask them to be perfect. Let me, the descendant, perfect it.

Tell me, is this the first time you have heard of this explanation? Is it the best explanation? ! !

Even if errors can be found, they are just minor changes. The core logic cannot be changed. This is the charm of philosophy.

To be honest, when Sanren left the Xianxia circle and read historical articles, it was because the explanations in the Xianxia circle were really discouraging. The flood of Xiaobai articles was unbearable.

Alas, readers who can read from the first chapter to here are all true love. I wonder how many people still remember the dream of Sanren when he wrote the book. He is the epitome of Xianxia novels. Even if all of you have forgotten it, I will not forget it.

Many people, who have not finished reading the first 100 chapters for free, say that Sanren is a liar and a big talker. I am so sad! )

As mentioned earlier, the way of the emperor is a system. Like the way of the immortals, the way of the immortals depends on the speed of practicing the exercises to observe the qualifications of the disciples. After selection, the best qualified people are selected and given the best resources to push them to the peak.

If the trillions of people are the flesh and blood of the dynasty, then what maintains the operation of the dynasty is the splendid articles on governing the world. These articles are also called humane articles.

It is under the guidance of these articles that countless common people at the bottom have their own weapons, form clans, and establish kingdoms. The rolling people are willing to gather in the chapters of humanity, and then form the laws of humanity.

These humane laws transcend the avenue and are independent of heaven and earth. They cannot be seen by non-human saints. There are laws for governing the country and self-cultivation, such as the Way of Benevolence, the Way of Kings, the Way of Hegemony, the Way of Forgiveness, etc. There are laws for governing the country and laws for self-cultivation, all kinds of strange and wonderful.

The most amazing thing is that these laws can be extended to the extreme, transcending the constraints of the realm, and even spreading to foreign lands, thus solving the problem of the difficulty of continuing the Way of the Human Emperor.

The laws of humanity are like gods, but there is no selfish will at all. They exist completely for the purpose of spreading and spontaneously infect the lower-level human race. As long as there is one person who believes in them, they will never be eliminated.

It is precisely because of the existence of the laws of humanity that the Way of the Human Emperor has the capital to fight against the Way of Immortals. Otherwise, if the other side borrows the power of heaven and earth to destroy your preacher, you will be helpless.

With the accumulation of several kalpas, many laws of humanity are no less than the real way of heaven and earth. From a certain perspective, the humane scholars who can borrow the power of the laws of humanity are no less than the real people who have condensed the golden elixir in the Taoist sect.

And the book that Wu Yi's grandfather handed to Wu Yi happened to be a book that fits the laws of humanity. Only those who understand the truth can achieve this.

This step is usually called opening the literary mind in the human world. Of course, there are many similar sayings. In short, scholars who open the literary mind can borrow the power of humanity from the laws of humanity and truly have the power to make their words come true. Evil spirits will hide and demons will perish.

Do you think that's all? If it was just that, and it was just a golden elixir, Wu Yi wouldn't have lost so much before.

The scroll that his grandfather gave to Wu Yi was mixed with rolling human wishes, that is to say, the people recognized these words from the bottom of their hearts, otherwise there wouldn't be such strong human wishes.

For humanistic scholars, being able to collect the wishes of the people is a qualitative change process. At this point, with the help of the power of human wishes, you have the qualifications to perfect the laws of humanity.

If compared with the immortal way, it is equivalent to the status of an immortal.

In other words, Wu Yi's grandfather was an immortal-like existence in the human way. Of course, according to the human way, he should be called a sage, or a great sage.

This is the source of Wu Yi's amazement.

Unfortunately, Wu Yi's grandfather was not a real great sage, but a pseudo-sage. The reason is that Wu Yi's grandfather did not fully rule the country, so there was no process of implementing the new law, and there was no opportunity to engrave his own experience on the laws of humanity. It was a pity.

However, the value of the scroll did not shrink because of this.
