As a result... When I wrote more than 200,000 words and was about to put it on the shelves, I looked back and saw what the hell did I do?

This setting forced me to write dozens of short stories in a book, and because of the framework of the long story, it is more difficult to write these stories. It is even more difficult to write dozens of unrelated short stories together.

Four years ago, if I insisted on writing this as a large-scale kimchi-style online game, it is estimated that I would be able to write more than two million words in about a year and write until there is no plot to write... and then I can finish the book. In the future, I can change two or three categories, and perform routines two or three times, so that I can become one of the most prolific writers.

Of course, this kind of assumption does not exist on our world line, I just said it casually.

You can regard this case of "writing wherever you want, and being strangled by the work itself" as one of the "possible risks for writers who do not have an outline serialization", and take it for granted.

But no matter what... as the saying goes, if you plant flowers with intention, they will not bloom, but if you plant willows with no intention, hehehe.

Holding the mood of "relaxing" myself, I have been so tired for several years.

Long-form works are really more tiring and more difficult to write.

Thrillerland sold well commercially, so extra work for me as a writer followed.

Looking at the end of the year, I finally finished the book of "Thriller Paradise", and the things in my life are almost settled or stabilized, so I can breathe a sigh of relief.

Looking back, all the hardships that have already been passed, it seems that it is not a big storm.

The hills you have climbed and the ditches you have walked through in life will make you stronger. As long as you don't fall down on the mountainside because you are too tired, or sit still when you fall into a ditch, there is nothing wrong with it.

The late serialization of "Thriller Paradise" was painful, and the ending was both painful and difficult.

Just like when I watched the ending of "Friends", I also thought, is this the end? There are still many things that have not been explained. What happened to them afterwards? Obviously there are still many stories to tell, right?

Thinking about it now, maybe that kind of feeling... is fine.

Do you really want to see the story after the prince and princess "live happily together"? The best development may be that both parties age together and one of them dies first.

Or maybe you want to know what happened to every character in Three Kingdoms who was named but not given a cause of death after leaving the main stage? That's nothing more than seeing heroes twilight and beauties withering.

This is the case with long-form serial works. At the end, the audience will always have things that they don’t understand, and there will always be details that they still want to know. , maybe this kind of feeling similar to nostalgia for old friends can support another sequel like "Dragon Ball Super"?
