Something Happened

Something happened at the construction site yesterday afternoon. I worked all afternoon in the sun. When I got home, I turned on the air conditioner. I forgot to turn it off when I was sleeping. Today I woke up with a fever of 38.5 degrees.

I used to take some medicine and I was fine, but I still feel weak at this meeting, and the fever has not subsided. I just called my girlfriend over and asked her to drive to the hospital. I may not be able to update today, sorry.
