It was my friend’s birthday today. I had lunch with a few friends at noon. When we were leaving, it started to rain heavily.

As the saying goes: I am old and still feel the madness of youth. We decided to imitate our youth, walking at least one and a half kilometers back home in the pouring rain, arm in arm, singing songs.

I woke up in the evening with a high fever of 38.3. For a middle-aged person, it is really hard to stand.

I called my friend with trembling hands and was sent to the hospital. The examination results showed that I had pneumonia.
